To say that I had a good experience with Faith’s Toyota would be an understatement. After looking for month’s for a new vehicle and being told “It would probably take 4 months but we cant promise you anything.” We found our Faith:) Courtni Bird was our first contact who worked in online sales. From the start she listened to what I was hoping for and then exceeded it. She suggested I consider trading in my old car which I took her up on. After letting me know it was on its way, I was kept informed by Patrick Caron who answered all our emerging questions. He kept us informed of the car status and what we needed to bring so everything went smoothly. They received my car in less than two weeks. After checking it out we were dreading the heavy sales push for things we didn't want or need. That did not happen. We were treated with respect. We were listened to. This was such a positive experience I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Patrick was amazing throughout my eventual trade in and toyota corolla cross purchase. He patiently stayed in touch with me through texts of recent arrivals ( which lasted 8 months), I never felt pressured and when the right car for my wife and I arrived, Patrick was there to assist with the purchase. I would highly recommend working with Patrick at Faith's Auto...the overall experience was excellent!

So the Mrs and I went there to buy a Tundra Pro. We recently moved and have never been to this dealer before. I’ve been doing research and although I’ve found some a little cheaper, they were not as conveniently located. Salesman came out immediately and was very nice. Thats about the only good thing we experienced. I’ll try to make this brief and am writing this because I don’t like seeing people getting screwed. I have a ‘21 Tacoma TRD Off Road with just over 21k miles. Excellent condition, no accidents, less than one year old - better than stock, semi-rugged off road tires, you get the picture. These yahoos offered me $25,000 dollar trade in value. I’m surprised they didn’t spit on me while they were at it. I told them I already was offered 32,500 and the sales manager started demanding who offered that, implying I was lying, and added I “better go get it.” I assured him I would and we promptly showed them our backs. They’ll never see our fronts again. In case you think I’m overreacting let me give you a comparison. Right now they have a 2022 Tacoma on their lot. It’s an SR5. Nice truck but two trim levels below mine. Yes, a year newer but it has more than twice the mileage. Theirs has 43500+ and mine has 21,500+. Remember they offered me $25K? Guess what they are asking: $33, 395 - for that SR5… with twice as many miles on it. What do you think they’d ask for mine if they got their greedy mitts on it. At least $8000 profit on my trade in - not even counting what profit they would have made on the new Tundra selling at MSRP -which we weren’t even haggling over! I doubt I’m we are the first to get this kind of treatment and doubt we will be the last. Watch out, folks. Do your research.

Had a great service experience, The Faith team was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what maintenance I would need in upcoming mileage. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. When the vehicle was delivered, it was scratched and filthy—completely undetailed, not even dusted. For a brand-new car, this was completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns, the General Manager, Jason, refused to take responsibility and instead blamed me, demanding that I prove I didn’t cause the damage. This is a shocking way to treat a paying customer. Beyond that, the dealership was constantly trying to sneak in extra charges, attempting to increase the price without my noticing. They also lied about offering free delivery—another shady tactic. The entire experience was full of rude interactions, dishonesty, and slimy sales tactics. If you're considering buying from here, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable dealerships that actually value their customers.

Patrick Caron s a diligent and responsive young man who is dedicated to the customer having a stellar experience. Faith is a hands on owner with his GM Jason trying to make a deal to get you into the vehicle you can appreciate and use for the purpose they are created. Awful. It took 2 weeks to buy a car from them and have it delivered to us since we live out of state. Both our financing papers and the title paperwork had errors and had to be redone. They didn’t communicate with us so we were the ones who had to keep calling in order to make them take the next step in finalizing our car and when we finally got it delivered we couldn’t drive it for three more days while we waited for the correct title contract to be sent to us. And never once did they apologize for their incompetence.
