So the Mrs and I went there to buy a Tundra Pro. We recently moved and have never been to this dealer before. I’ve been doing research and although I’ve found some a little cheaper, they were not as conveniently located. Salesman came out immediately and was very nice. Thats about the only good thing we experienced. I’ll try to make this brief and am writing this because I don’t like seeing people getting screwed. I have a ‘21 Tacoma TRD Off Road with just over 21k miles. Excellent condition, no accidents, less than one year old - better than stock, semi-rugged off road tires, you get the picture. These yahoos offered me $25,000 dollar trade in value. I’m surprised they didn’t spit on me while they were at it. I told them I already was offered 32,500 and the sales manager started demanding who offered that, implying I was lying, and added I “better go get it.” I assured him I would and we promptly showed them our backs. They’ll never see our fronts again. In case you think I’m overreacting let me give you a comparison. Right now they have a 2022 Tacoma on their lot. It’s an SR5. Nice truck but two trim levels below mine. Yes, a year newer but it has more than twice the mileage. Theirs has 43500+ and mine has 21,500+. Remember they offered me $25K? Guess what they are asking: $33, 395 - for that SR5… with twice as many miles on it. What do you think they’d ask for mine if they got their greedy mitts on it. At least $8000 profit on my trade in - not even counting what profit they would have made on the new Tundra selling at MSRP -which we weren’t even haggling over! I doubt I’m we are the first to get this kind of treatment and doubt we will be the last. Watch out, folks. Do your research.

Had a great service experience, The Faith team was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what maintenance I would need in upcoming mileage. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to.
